Last year’s “Gastronomic Paradise @ Star Kitchen” is bigger and better than ever! With 400 sq. m of open space, the 5-day event sees over 20 celebrity chefs and guests hosting cooking demonstrations, and features the newest culinary trends and speed eating contests. Highlight events include:

The Truffle Shuffle - The Queen of Truffle, Esther Au, teaches you how to to cook Porcini Spaghetti with Parma Ham and Truffle Oil;
Gourmet Select – Organised by the Japan Livestock Industry Association, renowned Japanese chefs give and introduction on Japanese food ingredients and traditional cooking techniques;
Pacific’s Secret – Magician Fung Ip uses cocktails and snacks from Bar Pacific to perform magic tricks;
Lifestyle of Barista Café - Day Ng, the Academic Director of Barista HK, gives a demonstration of Latte Art;
Chocolate Mania – Pastry Chef from JW Marriott makes a Chocolate Helicopter Cake;
3D Ramen Cake Workshop – Franco Lee, the founder of Joycake, hosts a workshop on making a 3D cake in the shape of a Ramen;
Happy Choco Eggs - A La Bakery Chocolate Egg Tasting Prize Contest;
Make Great Chef – Chinese First-class National Chef Chan Tak Po demonstrates his signature dumpling dish;
Grace@Choy Choy Private Kitchen - The founder and chef of Choy Choy Kitchen, Grace Choi, gives a demonstration on cooking Steamed Egg in Yellow Wine with Crab and Black Truffle;
Fun Fun Macaron Macaron Demonstration - Hami, the founder of Hami Bakery, gives a tutorial on macaron styling;
Back to Singapore - Zoe Tsang demonstrates how to make Prawns in Basil Cream Sauce;
The Maximal Experience – Executive Chef Edgar Sanuy of Maximal Concepts shares his knowledge of Spanish cuisine;
Nissin Great Taste Competition – Prizes from Nissin Foods totals to HK$10,000 in worth;
Keep Calm and Eat Durian Fast! – Actress Lana Wong joins in the fun, and winner of the speed eating contest can win lucrative prizes;
